1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information: name, email address, username, and authentication credentials (including via Google OAuth)
  • Billing information: subscription plan, payment status, and billing history. Payment details (card numbers, bank accounts) are processed and stored by our payment processor, Polar, and are never stored on our servers
  • User Data: robot trajectory data, annotations, labels, datasets, and any other files you upload to the platform
  • Usage data: IP address, browser type and version, device information, pages visited, features used, and timestamps
  • Consent records: timestamps, IP addresses, and user-agent strings recorded when you accept our Terms or Privacy Policy, for compliance purposes

2. How We Use Your Information

By using the Service, you grant us permission to access, use, and process your personal information and User Data as necessary to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service and its features
  • Process transactions and manage your subscription
  • Enforce plan limits, storage quotas, and usage restrictions

  • Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve and optimize the Service
  • Respond to support requests and communicate with you
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms

3. Data Storage and Security

User Data and account information are stored using cloud infrastructure providers (including Vercel and associated database services). Data is encrypted in transit using TLS. We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We do not guarantee the absolute security of your data and shall not be liable for unauthorized access, data breaches, data loss, or corruption that occurs despite our commercially reasonable security measures. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for keeping independent backups of any data you upload to the Service.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with the following categories of third-party providers solely as necessary to operate the Service:

  • Payment processing: Polar processes subscription billing and payments. Polar may collect and store payment information subject to their own privacy policy
  • Hosting and infrastructure: Vercel and associated cloud providers host the application and store data
  • Authentication: Google (for OAuth sign-in, if you choose to use it)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your uploaded User Data for training machine learning models or share it with other users. We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or governmental request.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you cancel a paid subscription, a 14-day grace period applies during which your data remains accessible in read-only mode before excess resources may be locked or removed.

We reserve the right to delete User Data and account information at our discretion, including for reasons of extended inactivity, non-payment, cost management, or as described in our Terms of Service. Upon account deletion, we may retain anonymized usage data for legitimate business purposes. Consent records (such as email address and timestamp) are retained for up to five years after deletion for legal compliance, after which they are permanently purged.

We do not guarantee the preservation of User Data and are not liable for any loss or deletion of data, whether intentional or accidental.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your data. You can manage most of these through your account settings. For requests we cannot process automatically, contact us at the address below.

Please note that certain data (such as consent records) may be retained even after account deletion where required for legal compliance.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child, we will take steps to delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and may require you to re-accept the policy before continuing to use the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
